On June 14, 2018, the city of Moozyr, Gomel region, hosted guests   from 6 world countries who gathered to participate in the

 Economic Forum "Mozyr-2018". Diplomats, entrepreneurs,    representatives of business associations, heads of state bodies got acquainted with the industrial, trade, economic and tourist potential of the Mozyr region of Belorussia. 

The delegation of the Kherson region, which consisted of Deputy Governor Yevhen Ryshchuk, President of the KCCI Viktoria Ostromova and the Chamber's staff, took part in the plenary session of the Forum, visited a number of enterprises and conducted business negotiations with potential partners.

Mozyrsky district is one of the three largest regions of the Gomel oblast. There are more than 30 enterprises with foreign capital are working here. The newest products were presented to the participants of the event – company "Mozyrsil" and the “Mozyr Timber Processing Plant”,- machine-building plant and construction company. Also there were presented the tourist potential and all the possibilities for medical tourism.

The program of the Forum included visiting the specialized exhibition-fair "Paleyskaya Treasury". The guests also took part in the ceremony of exhibition participants awarding, the organizer of which is the Gomel branch of the Belarusian CCI for more than 10 years.
