The Kherson CCI Legal Services Department offers the following services:

• Legal documentation expertise of force-majeure circumstances, the issuance of a certificate or a reasonable refusal to provide it. To order the examination it is necessary to submit the documents required for the validation of force majeure;

  - Preparation of statements of claim to the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine;
• Advising on the opening on the territory of Ukraine foreign legal entities;
• Development and preparation statutes for the registration and articles of incorporation for the organization of business entities of all forms of ownership;
• Registration enterprises of all forms of ownership, change of place of business, amending in the constituent documents;
• Development and preparation of legal documents necessary for the conduct of economic and foreign trade;
• Thematic selection of regulatory enactments that regulate economic and foreign-economic activity in Ukraine;
• Consulting services in the conducting and/or participating in the procedure of public procurement.
