The investment will start in the second quarter of 2014 through three stages and ending in 2017. It will include the usufruct of lands with a total area of 39,000 m2 for the construction of 27 buildings on 3 stages with total land areas of (1300-1400 m2) per piece to the Egyptians, Arabs and foreigners investors. |
