Development of 250 MWBOO Wind power Project in West Nile Area with the participation of private sector invitation for pre-qualification EEtc invites the experienced local/foreign developers/Investors to submit their pre-qualification in the implementation of a Wind power projects to Build Own Operate (BOO) wind power plant with total installed capacity of 250 MW in west Nile area the NREA that the project land owner ship will be trans ferred to NREA without any constraints be the end of the project life-time. The developers will design finance construct own and operate the plant EETC will purchase the produced electricity according to the conditions stated in the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
