Who can be a Member of the Kherson CCI

Members of the Kherson Chamber of Commerce and Industry can be legal entities who are established and operate according to the Ukrainian legislation, citizens of Ukraine who are registered as entrepreneurs and their associations. All of them enter the Chamber on a voluntary basis.

How to become a Member of the Chamber

To become a member a company is to apply to the Chamber, submitting an application and a copy of the certificate thereto of its state registration.

Members are adopted by the Presidium or the Council of the Chamber with further notification of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The date of paying the membership fee is the juridical date of entry into the Chamber and simultaneously into the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.


Rights and Duties of the Chamber Members


The members of the Kherson CCI are entitled:

  • to submit to the governing bodies of the Chamber proposals on the issues pertaining to the activities of the Kherson CCI respectively;
  • to get necessary assistance from the Kherson CCI in the issues within its competence;
  • to enjoy services of the Chamber on a priority basis and on beneficial terms specified by the Chamber governing bodies.

The members of KCCI commit themselves:

  • to give active assistance to carrying out missions and functions of the Chamber;
  • to pay entry and membership fees;
  • to exercise their duties on principles of respect to the partner, to abstain from unfair competition.


Termination of the Membership

A member of the Chamber may terminate his membership in the regional chamber of commerce and industry by submitting a written notice. In this case he also ceases being a member of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The member of the Chamber who failed to pay his annual fees may be expelled from the membership in the regional chamber and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Should a member of the Chamber do not perform his duties ensuing from his membership in the Chamber; the body which took the decision to adopt him into the members may take a decision of his expulsion.
